All Lexus vehicles have 5k intervals, however every 15k miles are major services. Which fluids are changed depend on driving conditions. 30k-all fluids, 60k all fluids with spark plugs,15k all fluids except coolant, 90k or at 120k- older models w/ timing belt.

Mileage Question about 1999-2000 Lexus LX470. I'm looking into purchasing one, however...?
...It seems like they have fairly high mileage. both that I have found are in great condition, are $12K-$15K, and have about 140K miles. What is a good range for the LX, and how much life do they usually have in them? Owners or previous owners of vehicle would be ideal for answering. Thanks in advance.

Great price for that. You have the the 2uz-fe engine which any Toyota dealer should have parts for instock like air filter, plugs, timing, belt, serpentine belt, and etc. Very reliable engine. Lots of power.
