Besides body style there are virtually no drivetrain differences which would make one model less reliable than the other. Either one you get will be just as reliable, all things being equal.

My Nissan is making a weird "cluttering" type of sound when i accelerate from a complete stop. It seems to me like no one else can hear it besides me and my brother. Look at the A/C hose on the right side sometime the rubber slides rear ward out of the metal bracket and the metal tubing makes noise. Either reposistion the rubber and tape in place with electrical tape or take it in for warranty repair. Also look at the right hand motor mount with a flash light...
