Has anyone had issues with the climate control voice commands on a 2008 Lexus GX470?
I appear to have all the other voice command modules for NAVI, POI, AUDIO, TELEPHONE when I select the HELP option for voice recognition but nothing for the CLIMATE controls. According to the tech quick guide that came with my 2008 Lexus GX470 there are also supposed to be CLIMATE control commands. I have tried them but the vehicle does not seem...

voice commands for the climate controls are not available on the GX470. If you push the talk button on the steering wheel, and then push the help button, this will show you all of your voice commands. Sorry, you cannot adjust the climate via voice on the GX.

I have not heard anything to that affect, and do not think it is likely. The 5.7 V8 is meant to fit in a full size truck frame, while the GX is based on the Tacoma and 4 Runner frames, which are smaller. A power bump is likely in line for the 4.7 V8 as Chrysler is now getting 300+ hp, and Toyota is...
