How to unlock 2007 gx 470 lexus navigation system?

So navigation can work while car is not parked and don't have to stop to put a address in. Please help,thank you!!

Well for one I'm pretty sure that's illegal, because I installed in aftermarket navi screen and I had to ground a wire on my parking brake so I couldn't watch movies while driving or what you have, because in Texas State Law doesn't allow viewing videos while in drive or not...
