For enough money you could but basically you would be putting the GS body on a hybrid car. It would cost many times what the GS and hybrid cost combined due to the labor, cutting, welding, and design work. Your car only runs on 8 cylinders. The 4 is probably valves per cylinder or 4 cams (DOHC).
