Hello im looking at a 2002 lexus gs 300 how many miles do these cars run for if it wasnt abused?

Ihave a lexus gs 300 2002 that vibrates at 60-65 miles what can be wrong ?
last week I put new brakes pads and turn rotors and balance all tires because after pressing brakes it was vibrating alot now all this is gone except vibrates at 60-65 miles please help me

Wheel shimmy, which is what you're describing, can be caused by several things: cupped tire, worn tie rod, misalignment or a wheel out of balance. Since you say you had the wheels balanced, I'd suspect that one of them wasn't balanced properly or else one of the balance weights came...

Is there a difference b/w 1999-2002 v6 Lexus gs300 engines?
I have a 1999 gs300 and want to put a short ram intake on it. But a majority of of the ones I find online are from 2001 and above? I looked into the engine for a 01-02 and they look identical to the 1999... what are, if any the difference from the 99 GS300?

There is no real difference in the two engines. There are not V-6 engines though, they are L-6 engines(inline 6, not v shaped). The short ram intake should fit it just fine if it is too a different year. The only difference if any would be the MAF sensor Reference:10+ Years ASE...
