It is heavy in the front and basically will not have good traction in the snow. If you want something good in the snow, get a Subaru - it's true all wheel drive.

yes i do love the 07 liberty, but it now look like a smaller grand Cherokee. also i have a 02 grand Cherokee limited and the liberty now looks a bit like it so that's another reason. jeep knows how to make a SUV right

My suggestion is if you are not very experienced with auto electrical matters, a remote start is not the project you want to start with. All the 2008 Jeep Libertys have a chipped key, so it will need to be bypassed. There are LOTS of connections which if you screw up will at least cause the system...
