Where do you put water in a 2004 jeep liberty?

you should put a 50-50 mix of water and coolant in the coolant recovery tank, there is a squarish yellow plastic cover that says: "Caution Engine Coolant Only, see owners manual" Also under the hood is the tank for the windshield washer fluid - with appropriate labeling. Open the hood, and read.

My cigar lighter in my 2004 Jeep Liberty is not working and the fuse is good, what could this be?
Could it be a wiring problem? If so, what type of costs should I expect for repair?

Most likely its a short circuit, or maybe just a bad cigar lighter, and you're looking at 2 - 5 hours of labor at a car electrician for the short circuit, and 45 minutes of labor for a bad cigar lighter. I dont know what it costs where you live, but the average hourly wage where I live is about...

it could be hundreds of things, literally. but the most common and cheapest are the already mentioned leaking gas cap or cracked evaporative emission hoses. it could be much worse, but if its running ok and shifting, you'll be ok. don't be afraid to drive it as long as its running ok, and the light...
