2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. Gear noise!! Is it really normal?

Hello, Last week, I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited/8 cylinders/ 4 by 4 all the time). I really like this car except for that fact that every time I switch the gear from (D) to (N) I hear a noise. I went to the dealership and they said it's normal!! So what do you think? Also, is it fixable? Thanks.

what are the differences between the overland and the limited? i know it is more expensive (the overland) but is there any thing specific on overland that i cant get on limited even if add al the options and packages available for limited.....

The overland offers a state of the art luxury system and the name itself. The overland has mostly the same features as the limited, its just the name and design you are buying.
