2005 Infiniti QX56, do I have satellite radio?

Sorry this is probably a silly question, but do I have satellite radio? I just bought a 2005 QX56 and I have the button for SAT RADIO but I'm not sure what to do to make it work! How do I know if it's even installed? Is it possible to have the button but not the radio installed? Please help, thank you!

press the SAT button, if your receiver is installed you should at least have the preview channel 1, and a radio id, then call and activate it. OR - if you have a SAT button and no preview channel or id number shows then you still need to install the SAT kit. the harness connector is already there...
