Not completely sure about the Tib but I know the cover on my Elantra is just screwed on. Unscrewing it and pulling it off won't effect any other parts of the engine. The drivers side front wiper is a 22" , the passengers side front wiper is a 18" and the rear is a 20".I'd not vary from these sizes and may sure that you put the right size blade in the correct places. Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way I got that info off autozone.com...
