2005 Honda Pilot or 2005 Hyundai santa Fe?
Right now my friends parents are looking at both of these. They like the Pilot more, but his mom doesn't think that his dad needs to drive such a big car to work back and forth everyday, His sister took their 2005 honda accord to college.

I would agree that the Pilot is the better vehicle, but it also is more expensive so that makes sense. I agree with your mom, both of these are too big and expensive to maintain just to use as a commuter vehicle. For the same money he can buy a new Hyundai Elantra and he'll save a ton of money on...

Does my 2005 Santa Fe have AWD when in reverse?
It's AWD and this is the first time I've driven it in the snow. It doesn't feel like it drives AWD when in reverse. Can't find the anser in the manual or online. Anybody know how to figure it out?

in a nutshell: remember awd mean one wheel spin in front and one wheel in back...not all four at once.

2005 Hyunda Santa Fe Braking issues?
I just bought this SUV two days ago with 18,000 miles on it. While driving it seems like the brakes are engaging slightly on their own a little bit. Almost like I am pumping the brakes. Does anyone know what this is, or if 2005 Santa Fe's have ABS issues? Thanks

If you are referring to the pretensioner, it's built into the seatbelt buckle. There are also sensors in the retractable seatbelt and the seat may have a ocs sensor in it that tells if there is a passenger in the seat (so the pass airbag will work). Would have to know the fault code to tell you...
