I don't think so since some Honda's are made here in the states and Japanese take English in school, almost all Japanese speak some English... Newer vehicles say 7500 cause engines last longer now-a-days. Reference:29 yr Honda/Acura owner...

I'm trying to install a secondary 02 sensor on 1998 Honda CR-V - Do I pull the dash to connect the pigtail?
I've pulled out part of the dash under the ash tray (the housing unit over the stick shift) but still can't get to it. It looks like it comes up thru the floor and connects with 4 pins at the end of the pig tail under the dash. I thought of needle nose plyers but still think I won't be able to get to it . Anyone know how much of the dash I need to...

the sub harness is at the lower portion of the center dash. if you cant get to it from the bottom rear then you only have to remove the lower part of the dash only.
