Trying to buy a car, but not sure I want to get one with 70,000 miles on it. That just seems high...

70,000 miles for a 2006 civic is nothing just remember around 100,000 miles the timing belt and water pump should be replaced to avoid engine damage in casee of breakage. But that is normal maintenance
