you can take the muffler and cat off the rsx but you would have to have it re piped to fit your car.

18 do fit. A friend of mine has 18 on her EP3. Personally i think it looks stupid. I myself have the same car and went with the 17s after i saw hers with the 18s. 18s are just too big and it doesnt look right. ...but to answer your question. YES 18s FIT! Reference:another EP3 Civic SiR owner
