A $1,000 Civic and a Hybrid at that. All I will say is beware. Do all you can to research this car before buying, if you do. Usually if it sounds to good to be true it is. We just took in a 2000 Civic LX and paid $2,700 for it and it had 185,000 miles on it.

Honda Civic Hybrid 2004 car seat compatibility?
I need to buy a new infant/toddler car seat for my Honda Civic Hybrid 2004 model. I was wondering what seat would be the best and which is compatible with my car. I've looked everywhere online and can't seem to find an answer. Thanks!

As for the best seat I have no idea. But compatability wise, ALL manufacturers were required before 2000 to use the same standard system for attaching child seats. So any new seat is compatable. I also recall Honda selling child seats, maybe worth a look

Sounds as if the automatic gear box needs some attention, URGENTLY. I would take it to a reputable service centre and have them test it for you.
