2001 yukon xl stall at the first mile or less in the morning?
hello my yukon 5.3 ltr, sometime(2or 3 week) stall after i drive about less than 1 mile in the morning when i stop the car,and then i restart ,it started rightaway and run good again for the next couple weeks,everything else the car is perfect please help me,thank you very much

I cant say what exactly but it has something to do with engine internals. Or maybe its a oily spark plug. if it is something internal in the engine it will cost you alot to fix.

what is the correct pressure on the low side and high side of th ac system on a gmc yukon xl.with separate back system

This will depend on outside ambient temperature and the state of your compressor and system, but the low side should be somewhere around 30 psi and the high side should be around 150 psi. The low side is designed to open at about 20 psi and close around 45 psi if it is cycling the compressor...

Why does my 2001 yukon xl idle so low with ac on?
on my 2001 yukon xl when i turn the ac on the motor starts to idle real low like its going to turn off lights dim battery shows about 12.5 and the air comes out real hot till i start driving everything goes to normal what could it be i just replace the battery for a higher crank and nothing please help

Jaime, that's a very common complaint and a very easy repair. This might sound a little wacky, but trust me here's the fix.(there is a GM bulletin for this concern that came out many years ago) What you need to do is remove the carbon build up around the throttle plate. Purchase a can of Carburetor...

Weird button on a Yukon XL dash that makes a funny noise?
I just bought a 2005 Yukon XL and there is a weird knob that lights up and makes a highpitched noise when you turn it, any Ideas what it is for? Havent found any pictures or anything
