I own a shop, and this is a common problem. You can purchase a can of throttle body cleaner at any parts store, and it doesn't have to be BG. Since they all have the same chemicals, I don't see one being better than the other. When you clean the throttle body you must be careful to not let that...

I just bought 38 inch tires for my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 Crew Cab. I cant afford asuspention lift at this time.. whats the largest body lift i will need to slap these tires on, with lil or no complications

Impossible... simple as that You will need a suspension lift 4-6 plus a 2-3 body lift to run 38". Or if you know of a place that sells 8" body lifts... Reference:'97 GMC
