I have a 2003 GMC Envoy. When I shift into 4WD my vehicle jerks and makes clunking noises. ?
Can someone please tell me what is the problem because it works fine in 2HI and how much it might cost to repair it. Thanks :)

This system is a shift on the fly and you can shift into 4Auto or 4 hi at anytime or speed. Have had lots of problems with the front actuator on the rh side of the oil pan. The actuator will strip out and make a loud noise when trying to engage. May need a tech to look at the 4 wd. Reference:GM tech

2003 GMC Envoy fuel pump fuse/relay keeps going bad?

Only that...

Its possible that the wiring harness for the pump may have been pinched on the frame and shorting out the circuit. Also, the pump may be drawing too many amps and keeps blowing the fuse

You need to replace the auxiliary temp. actuator located in the right rear quarter. the clicking that you're hearing, is the actuator (hunting)attempting to turn the temp. door. proper diagnosis is done with tech 2 and observing the counts on the actuator. But I don't want to get too technical...
