I have a 2002 gmc envoy xl and the rear shocks will not pump up?

the pump comes on but the shocks does not seem to fill

Check your lines for leaks. The lines are available to buy separate. You can unhook the hose at each shock and plug it to see if the other shock fills,then you know its the shock you unhooked.
