The Transmission leaks on my 2000 Ford Taurus?
After driving a few miles in my car, I parked it and later noticed a small spot on the driveway that turned out to be tranny fluid. Didn't pay to much attention to it. Drove it a couple more times, no problems, no leaks. Then I drove it for a while returned home and it was leaking again, this time a little heavier. It holds fluid, but leaks after...

There is a seal leaking, and when it is under pressure (when driving,) it will leak more. My advice would be to take it to a garage and find out exactly what is leaking. It could be a small repair, like the pan gasket. DO NOT, under any circustances, put any "stop leak" chemicals into the...

I own a 2000 Taurus. I believe my driver side window has fallen off the track. Is this something I can repair?
I would like to repair this myself, but I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into. What can I expect to pay if I took it to a shop? The window is not broken. It only goes up about half-way. When I put it down, I can hear it rattle in the door. Should I just take it in and get it done correctly?

Get a Chilton's, Motor Age or Haynes manual for your car. There are step by step procedures with pictures to show you how to remove the door panel and access the window. It is a fairly easy and straightforward procedure, but it is too lengthy to go into on this forum.
