As far as comparing alternate sizes go to http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp input your standard size and the other size and see if it is within tolerable limit (+/- 3%). In this case you will see that 205 60 15 is not a recommended alternative (- 3.9% size - at 100km/h on your dash...

I do like the new Fusion, but i still think that it's a bit behind the Accord in the quality, fit and finish, and reliability departments. I'd go with the Accord for quality, green(less polluting), reliability, and RESALE value.
