You are comparing rotten apples to oranges here. You cant even put the Ford in the same class as a BMW. And I have to question you sanity for even asking this question. The Bimmer is 10 times the car that the Ford is, there simply is no comparison. The BMW will drive, perform, out maneuver and ride...

Octane Rating 2011 Ford Fiesta Hatchback SE?
Whenever I get gas for my car I choose the highest octane rating at the pump. Is this a bad decision?

Your car is designed to run on 87 (NOT less) octane fuel. (see page 308 of your Owners manual) Using a higher octane just means that you are wasting money.

What do you think about the Ford Fiesta 2011?
Do you think it´a good car? Is it noisy like some other Ford models or better? And which one would you get - S, SE..? I´m trying to decide on an affordable but still nice and spiffy second car! :) Thanks!!

For the small difference in price, I'd get the Focus instead.

Why should I also consider these? X

The 2011 Ford Fiesta is Ford's attempt to plant a first-rate competitor into a garden dominated by Asian brands.

While the Honda Fit is priced a bit higher than other entries, it remains the car the Fiesta has to beat; the Fit gets good ratings for its sprightly handling, its uber-flexible and spacious interior, and a solid feel behind the wheel.

While the Nissan Versa is priced quite low, it sacrifices features to get there.

It also rides and handles like a larger, heavier car, lacking the nimble handling that's a pleasure of the best subcompacts.

The Hyundai Accent handles well but isn't particularly comfortable at high speeds.

Finally, the Scion xD feels sporty and offers features galore, but lacks the Fiesta's jaunty styling.

Avoid the aging Chevrolet Aveo, which will be replaced next year.
