How can i tell if a 2005 ford expedition has the upgraded towing package?
I am looking to purchase an xlt with the 5.4 engine (i think this is the standard size). Is there a way to tell if it has the upgraded towing package, which I think includes a different rear axle? Thanks

turn the key off and on fast 8 times leaving in the on position, door locks will lock and unlock, then press the lock key on the remote, listen for the door locks, then turn off key and try it

How do you stop the vents from rattling on a 2005 Ford Expedition?
My AC-Heat vents are noisy, they rattle every time I hit the slightest bump. Any idea how to fix this? I do not off-road or abuse this vehicle in any way.

The numbers on the door of my 2005 expedition stick inside the pad when i try to enter my unlock code.?
it is like the number pad has been moved over in the door. any help on how to UN-stick them?

not really other than to dig them out, or pull the moulding and the switch assy.. to find out what's wrong (not recommended for the DIYer unless you want to risk scratching paint)
