Where is the blend door actuator switch located on 2004 ford expedition with h-vac system?
i don't have hot air coming from front vents, but rear vents work fine. need some answers!!!

its not a switch but more like a servo and it's mounted to the hvac case under the dash it will have 3 or more actuators, and you may need to pull the dash to replace it.

Ive not seen one, that i know of, but I would check into jcwhitney.com, summit.com,and maybe pick up a street truck magazine. the back of them are packed full of ads for things like body kits.

they recommend it for a reason sqeeze in some diff lube pour the 4 oz bottle into the lube bottle and shake then squeeze the rest of it in
