How do I access the spotlight wire on a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor?
Supposedly there's a power wire somewhere on the A pillar especially for a spotlight, I just don't know how to access it, or what to look for. The spotlight I bought has a little cap on the end of its wire, does it just plug in? I bought it on ebay but it came with all the installation parts. The spotlight itself has a black wire about 3 inches...

1 screw behind cover at inner door handle,2 screws in the bottom,pry window switch up and disconnect wiring plugs,then PUSH the panel UP from the bottom. Reference:Fix those as Taxicabs in NYC.

An option of the P71 is the 'street appearance package', which make the car look just like it says. The VIN is right.
