How would I check to see if plug are all firing and check firing box to see if working correct where would I find the fuse for this ware is the gas filter location for 97/v10 Engine will turn over but cant tell if getting gas and have took out a plug and grounded it dont see any spark Need help

There is no such thing as a "firing box", or a fuse for it. Either you have spark for it or you don't. If not, you have a defective coil, defective PCM, or a dead crank sensor. Fuel pressure is checked with a gauge on the fuel rail, there is no other way. The fuel filter is part of...

where is the control crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor location on engine and how do you test to see if good or bad Problem engine turns over but will not fire on any cyl no spark what else can I check for this

The crank sensor is on the back by the bellhousing, the cam sensor is in the distributor. .
