Why is my 2001 Dodge Intrepid overheating?
About a week ago, I noticed my car start to overheat after driving it for about 25-30 minutes. When I got home I popped the hood, and it was steaming from where the radiator cap is located. I was done using it for the night, so let it cool off and forgot about it. It overheated again yesterday after driving it for about the same amount of time...

you need to have them check the radiator really good in this one also because a lot of times those tiny little fins get stopped up and wont let the air circulate through the radiator real good,and that causes 90% of the over heating problems on those cars,that and a cooling fan not working right or...

Will a 1996 Intrepid 3.5L fit a 2001 Intrepid (2.7L)?

no there's to much difference in the wiring on them and also on the computer system they have,you,d run in to too many problems changing that one over,technically it would bolt in and hook up,but the electrical would become a problem in a car that's not worth it,you,d need to also use the...

yes but you have to change a few things on it ,the older version wiring harness was different,but as far as bolting up it will but the computer system was different,and so was some of the sensors on it,it would be a lot better if you could find one closer to what you have,i have done it before but...
