2008 dodge durango brake warning light?
while going up a steep grade, the brake warning light comes on occasionally. i've checked the fluid level and the park brake switch. its not the ABS lamp, but the red "brake" lamp. i'm suspecting the fluid level switch on the master cylinder reservoir, but have no way to check for sure. wondering if anyone else has had a similar prob and the fix...

I have an 08 Chrysler Aspen, which is virtually the same car and I LOVE it. Have never had any issues at all and I'm at 28K miles. Runs great, nice and quiet ride, and it is a really good looking car.

I have a 2008 dodge durango and when i go to start it i has a rapid clicking noise and its not the battery?
the battery is good but it still wont start i think its the starter cuz it has a rapid clicking noise i know its not the battery cuz every thing works on the inside the head lights and every thing else but when i go to turn the key to start it it clicks really fast

Yes it will run well because the vechile is 2 years olds, Any car will run good when they are 2 years olds is almost new! The problem is the Durango lose they value very fast. The Durango wasn"t selling good since the years 2004-up that is why Chrysler stop making them! They are nice truck!

The 2008 Dodge Durango is somewhere between the mid-size and full-size truck-based SUVs from GM and Ford.

It's about the same length as the short-wheelbase versions of the full-size SUVs from GM and Ford, but it's narrower and isn't as tall, which makes its interior feel smaller; and though it's quite a few inches longer than the Explorer and TrailBlazer, it's only slightly wider and taller.

Yet, even though the Durango is slightly smaller than those big SUVs, it doesn't handle any better.

The Durango offers a usable third-row seat, an advantage over those smaller models, and has tow ratings that are competitive with some larger, full-size SUVs.

It's a good deal for those who tow; especially in one of its lower trim levels when optioned with the HEMI engine, the Durango makes a good tow vehicle for thousands less than the Expedition or Tahoe.
