My brakes on my 2002 dodge dakota truck just cant get fixed.i replaced everything from hoses,rotors,calipers?

since you said you replaced all this and it still does it ,was it doing the same thing before,if it was check the things you haven't replaced on it,sounds like your spending a lot of money and getting no where with it,start with the master cylinder and make sure its not holding pressure on a...

I have a 2002 dodge dakota and sputter while running but its not thhe fuel pump theyve checked it.?
i just want to know if the fuel pump is dying or if the filter in the tank is stopped up? When it gets low on fuel the fuel pump stops sputtering i dont know why. By the way the gas gauge doesnt work.

if it was the filter or the pump it would do it all the time,or it should,id suspect that maybe the filter is getting stopped up on it and causing this too happen,its in the tank on that one and if i had to drop the tank id replace the sending unit while i had it down having no fuel gage just don't...

How do you replace a fuel filter in a 2002 Dodge Dakota?
I wasn't sure if it was an in-line or if it was inside the tank. But do you have to drop the tank, or is it on the underside away from the tank?

on an 02 its located in the tank along with the pump assembly on them,they usually don't have to be changed unless the pump is being replaced,good luck. Reference:been a certified mechanic for 38 yrs now.
