i cant speak for the other models but i drove my in laws charger with the 3.5 High output V-6 from michigan down to florida and back and i was seeing 28-32 mpg on the highway and i was doing 70-80 mph. Once we got to florida even the city driving i was seeing 25 mpg.

Governor on 2008 charger?
i have a 2008 charger 3.5 ho. i put in a cold air kit and it gave some good boost to the hp but i only topped out at 115 until the governor kicked in is there any way to turn it off or bypass it...thanx for the help

A performance chip will override any rev limiter or speed governor. Many people don't take this serious but you need to insure that your tires are rated for speeds greater than 85mph otherwise you run a risk of separating the bead from the rim. Here is a link that shows tires speed and load...

I am seriously considering getting the 2008 Dodge Charger r/t but the only thing holding me back is MPG. It says that it is 15/23. The way gas prices are these days (California). Is it worth it?

you,ll have to be the judge of that ,remember gas prices are never going to be as low as we once saw them at a few years ago,and the one thing about the charger that makes it a bad deal is the gas mileage,the car is a great car,it rides and drives really good,but if we ever do really have a gas...

Where is the regular keyhole in the 2008 Dodge Charger?
My friend's electronic key got wet, so the car won't start. Is there a regular key ignition hole in the car, and where? Thanks!

There is a key inside the remote. That key will only unlock the door. You can then use the remote, even though it got wet, to start the car. There is a little switch thing that you push and then pull the key out. I have an 08' Charger and thats how it is on mine. You cannot start the car with that...
