Does anyone know where I can find how to time a 2007 chevy cobalt LS engine?
I just got an engine put back into my 07 chevy cobalt ls (2.2L 4-cylinder engine) and now I need to know how or where to find how to time the engine so it'll start up for me..anyone at all know?

The ignition timing is controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). No adjustment is necessary or possible. Reference:GM dealer tech over 30 years.

Instrument panel on my 2007 chevy cobalt don't light up, why?
I don't know what fuse controls the instrument panel, we looked. please if any one out there knows, let me know. we just purchased this car for our daughter, and driving home (3 1/2 hours), the instrument panel lights were not lighting up, therefore we couldn't see the speedometer etc.

is there a dimmer for the panel? Also for the fuses, look in the owner's manual and it will tell you what type of fuse is necessary and where it is located within the fuse box.

Would rims on a 2004 hyundai elantra fit a 2007 chevy cobalt? both having 4 bolt pattern a nd same tire siz?

Ken the wheel bolt pattern on the 2004 hyundai elantra is 4-114 The wheel bolt pattern on the 2007 cobalt is 4-100 These wheels will not interchange.Best of luck. Reference:GM dealer tech over 30 years.

I bought an '06,the guy at the dealership told me that the ONLY difference between the '06 and '07 is a few thousand dollars. All in all,awesome car,I love mine.
