Can a 2.4L chevy cavalier tranny bolt up to a 2.2L chevy Cavalier motor?
me and my friend found a 2.2 cavalier with blown tranny but good engine.. wanted to take the brand new tranny off Z24 with spun bearing and put it on the 2.2 cavalier can that work?

can it yes but the 2 different engines which means different gear ratio's the computer will set check engine light and will nor go off only way to correct it would be to pull trans apart and replace gear set up or find the right trans to go with engine sorry to say Reference:transmission man

Can i put a 2dr body kit on a 4dr cavalier?
i was looking at body kits for an 05 cavalier all the pictures i found are of two door cavaliers i searched google, ask, etc... and found nothing with four doors. and i was just wondering if two door cavalier side skirts are compatible with four door models?

recheck ur vaccume lines sounds like u may have missed hooking up 1 good luck

I have a 89 cavalier 2.0L that has a hard start.and when it starts it will not stay running .?
the code told me to fix the tps and i got a new one.the car will stay running if i spray cleaner in it.Are i hold to gas down.but if i put the gas to fare it cuts off.. i have new fuel pump filter-tps o2sensor-map sensor-exhaust system.

Check your ignition coil and ignition moduel. If one of these are bad, you must replace both items. But first, trick is to rule out a failed fuel pump. Get in and turn the key to the on position(make sure it is in somewhat of a quiet area). Do not try and start it. Next, listen for a slight buzzing...
