i have a 2000 camaro V6 200HP. What can I do to make the car faster, stronger, and give it that mean muscle car sound.

Sell it. Put the money you make from the sale towards one with a V8. Then, you will at least have something to work with. The V6 in the Camaro was OK if you wanted to use it as a grocery getter. But it doesn't have much available in the way of performance parts.

2000 camaro not starting security light flashing
or whats happening is i went to start my car and i would start all the lights come on and battry is good she just not starting i saw the security light on the dash was flashing while tring to start it. i clean the chip on my keep hoping that would work but no luck so far. any ideas on how i can fix this problem?

This is why I hate factory security systems. You should ask on the car forums, not here. Are you using the original key? Has it been washed or something like that? I had a security system lock me out; I was able to route around it by pulling its fuse, then reinserting the fuse while holding down...

2000 V6 Camaro 5- speed standard tranny 139,000 Miles Priced at $5,200 but bargained $4,700 My dad doesn't seem to think that it'll run much longer but what doyou think. I think that cars now a days last alot longer ue t better technolgy... Opinions.... Its a Beautiful Car!!!

I agree with you that cars are made now a lot better. The Chevy Camaro on the other hand with the v-6 is tricky.If it were the v-8 350 I would say go for it. You take your chances with the smaller motor.Take it for a long spin and have a mechanic look at it and check it out for you.

What accelerates faster (0-60time)? the 2000 camaro v6 or 2000 mustang v6? Assume both are manual, cuz if the mustang has an automatic, it is like a secong slower in the 0-60 than if it had a manual.

The camaro wins that one. Heck the V6 camaro is almost as fast as the V8 mustang. Just a couple seonds off. The V6 stang will have a 0-60 time around mid 8's, where the V6 camaro does it in low 7's The mustang had 190 HP, camaro had 200 HP
