1998 Astro Van 4.3 Vortec has fuel delivery problem.?

I have lower than normal fuel pressure from the pump (about 25psi) and assumed that the injectors wouldn't work under that press. I hooked the fuel up to my 94 blazer pump and had alot more pressure but no starting. Keep in mind I have replaced the injectors, can it be a computer problem? Injectors seem to have power to each one as tester light...

vortec systems must have 54 psi.. if the system has 45 it still will not open the injector pop-its.. look to the pump, very common on GM vortec trucks.. only put ac delco pump in the van. after market pumps do not last.. also if you can do a dead head pressure test... meaning test the fuel pressure...

1998 chevy blazer rear wiper slowly dies?

I've had my blazer bout 6 months. rear wiper worked first 5 months. now it goes up and gets stuck on the window. it worked just fine before and now its just useless. Is the motor giving out or is there something i can do to get it working again?

Sounds like the motor is fine but the shaft is getting seized, you could take it off and soak the shaft in an antiseize fluid and see if that works. If this doesn't get another at the wreckers.

Problems with 1998 Chevy Blazer?

I own a 1998 Chevy Blazer with around 130,000 miles on it. Every once in a while, the engine will not start, and the security light will flash. I wait ten minutes, turn the car off, and turn it back on and it starts. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Could be the anti-theft system kicking in. Did you open the car without unlocking from the handle? My truck did that when I unlocked from the inside when my window was lowered. Put the windows up lock the car, then unlock it with the key. You probably tripped the security system that is built into...
