How to get the stock radio out of my 2009 chevy aveo?
I can't figure out how to get it out. I have a different radio and a dash install kit for it. But I can't find any screws anywhere on my dash to get this thing out. Help?

I believe this model has a thin black facia piece around the radio cluster that has to be removed to access the hardware.

Chevy Aveo 2009 Hold light flashing?
Hi, I'm currently on the road going from Chicago to louisville and the Hold light came on and is flashing, i came to a stop earlier and hit the Hold button three times and it went off but now that im on the highway its blinking again. Is this safe to keep driving with, let's say for 5 more hours?

I would recommend taking the vehicle into your local dealership to be diagnosed. They should be able to assist you further and have a plan for addressing the issue. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you. Tricia, GM Customer Service.

Dont waste your money buying a new car, i learned that a long time ago. Once you drive your new car off the lot 30 percent of its value is lost immediately. I would buy a 2008 used anything before i bought a new vehicle.

I wouldn't, stock speakers are NOT made to handle High power amps but you can find cheap aftermarket soundsystem on craigslist

Why should I also consider these? X

Priced at less than $13,000, including destination, the Aveo5 hatchback is one of the cheapest vehicles available in the United States.

Out of all these competitors, the Nissan Versa drives and feels most like a larger vehicle, in a positive sense, with a smooth, settled ride on the highway, as well as a roomy interior.

Our next favorite would be the Honda Fit because of its sporty driving character, cavernous interior, Magic Seat arrangement, and best-in-class safety.

Base models of the Kia Rio, Hyundai Accent, and Toyota Yaris are in the same price range.

The Rio and Accent (mechanically related to each other) don't feel as roomy.

The Yaris is smaller inside, too.

The Korean pair is much more fun to drive than the Aveo, but they're not as refined because of their stiffer ride and noisier engines.

Nearly all of these vehicles get better fuel economy than the 2009 Chevrolet Aveo.
