BMW Differential problems!?
Hey guys/girls: I need to replace the differential on my 2000 M5, and I can't find a used diff. for that specific model/year. I found one on Ebay, but I can't figure out if it will work on my car. Check it out and let me know if you know the answer to my problem!...

Neg. That is a Non-LSD differential. Your M5 should have an Limited Slip Differential(posi not open). The correct part number for the Diff you need is 33102229566. Ask around on Bimmerforums.com or the BMWCCA website to see if others have one.

E39 BMW part?
The car in question is a 2000 BMW M5, and the part is located on the side of the differential. In the last picture, the front of the part is on the left of the diff. Can anyone provide me with a link to buy this part? Or if you could even tell me exactly what it is...?! Thanks First pic: Behind...
