there should be a few plastic covers that pop off and you just undo all 4 bolts, then unplug the 2 plugs underneath then pull it out

Does anyone know what bumper modification needs to be done to a 2004 Audi TT in order to import to Canada?
Why is the modification needed? What exactly is done? Does anyone know the cost?

Is the car from the US? If so, ithe bumper height already meets the specs for Canada. If you bring it from the US, the only modification needed is to have the VAG Com computer set the lighting for DRL's.
