Does anyone know why I am hearing creaking from the front end of my 2001 Audi TT when going over bumps?

Does a single cd in-dash player exist for a 2001 audi TT 1.8T?
i just purchased this car and it has a cassette player only. i would rather have a single in-dash cd player than a multi-disk player. do you know of any brands that specifically fit this model and year audi? -if one doesnt exist which multi-disk player shoud i purchase and is it easy to install? what would you do? thank you-charlie

List your Audi stereo name? Concert/Symphony? It should say on your radio on the cassette door. The concert has a cd-changer hooked up to it from the factory. Is it a coupe or roadster? Let me know these things and I shall be back with you on this topic.
