When does the Hyundai's 5 yr/60K warranty on a 2005 model go into effect?
I purchased a 2005 model at a dealership that had been used as a dealer loaner. I bought in May 2005, but they are now saying the warranty went into effect on 12/31/04. The vehicle was purchased as a new vehicle, so how can the warranty be "old"?

All dealer DEMO have to be registered by the Dealer. The time of registration is the time of warranty starting day and is called "in service date". The 5 years warranty started on Dec 31st of 2004 the date when dealer registered the car with Hyundai and not when it got sold to you in May...

No, they do not. And yes, adding a Turbo or anything mechanica would void the warranty. All you can do to it are visual things like tint and rims. Just wait for the warranty to end. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe used to be the CLK-Class coupe and cabriolet; this time around, it's more controversially styled but has excellent ride and acceleration with a V-8 option.
The BMW 335i Convertible offers a folding hardtop roof and twin-turbo power just a few steps behind that of BMW's M3 convertible.
