If your warranty is expired, you have two choices. 1.) Go with no coverage 2.) Buy an extended warranty. If the factory warranty is expired, then you can not qualify as a "certified pre-owned". I seriously doubt your going to find one that is nice condition for under 35,000. You might be able to get one for that if it has some accident damage or blown turbos.
