1998 Renault Megane not starting.?
I have a 1998 megane 16 v 2 litre cabriolet. It drives like a dream but sometimes it wont start. I've noticed when it doesnt start a fan starts under the bonnet. As soon as the fan stops the car will start. I've had it to the garage many times, two sensors have been changed but no fault shows on the computer so my mechanic doesnt seem to know what...

get the TDC sensor checked (some times called the crank sensor), if the tdc sensor is failing it will cause the non starting problem and it often does not log a fault. try looking on the parkers forum under onwnership problems
