i wouldnt lease an 09 A8 because the body style changes next year and its a slow car and resembles the VW Phaeton heavily. honestly you could buy a 2005-6 bentley continental gt for what you would pay in leasing an 09 A8 but to answer your question, would depend 3 things: credit rating term length...

Difference between 2006 and 2009 Audi A8 ?
Ok, I have $100,000 to spend on a new Audi. I was wondering , is there any difference between the exterior on the 2006 compared to the new 2009 Audi A8 ?

Not really. There are some subtil changes like lights and stuff but its pretty much the same car. The engine may be different in the new one. Some 2006 models still had the old 4.2l V8 where the new one got the 4.2l FSI engine. The FSI is a much better choice as there is no timing belt to maintain...

I just bought an 2009 Audi A8 6.0 quattro for 75 grand and i was wondering if i made the right choice?

If you like the car and can afford it, then yes. I love the looks and the interior on that car is among the best if not the best in the world. It is not a cheap car to own but unlike all the other cars people mentioned in their answers its one you do not see all the time. Enjoy the car.

Audi A8 D2 Parking Sensor problem?
Hi, I have a 2000 A8 D2. The past couple of days the parking sensors dont seem to be working. I still get a tone when they are active but it is quieter than usual and more like a beep. The tone does not change with proximity. Any ideas? Thanks

sorry to say todays cars are not easy to tinker with...your mechanic [you should have "a guy" or sorry to say the *%^$#@%%$$#@ dealer.....either sensor is bad,,or computer is bad,,or tone/noise maker...dont bother with fuses,,they either work or don't..no 1/2 way

The interior in the Mercedes-Benz S-Class looks more modern and sophisticated than that of the Audi A8, while the BMW 7-Series and Lexus LS 460 also stand out for offering high-tech features.

Both the 7-Series and S-Class have available night-vision systems and seats, and seating comfort in both of those vehicles is about as good as in the A8.

The Lexus LS 460 has an especially conservative look and feel, along with one of the most refined and isolated interiors, for those so inclined, while the Jaguar XJ has classy, uniquely British styling and surprisingly brisk performance.
