Mod for a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe?
my friend has an audi A3 and i thought it was a 6 cylinder cause it's so fast. but the engine is just turbocharged? and it's 2.0 litres. (whatever all that means) anyways, i was wondering if there's any way i can change my civic coupe in to something crazy like that. maybe supercharge my engine or something, i'm really new to it all so anything...

Well I'm assuming your friends Audi A3 is pushing at least 200 HP with the turbo. For you to even match up to him you would have to turbocharge your engine or if you have the Si version you already have 197 HP stock and you can match up to the Audi A3's HP if upgrade some parts inside the engine...

Is the tax break for buying a car in 2009 only for brand new cars? I bought a 3 year old Nissan.?
I bought a used car does it apply to me?

You do not qualify for the tax break as you mentioned, it is only for new car purchase, which means car that just rolled off the assembly line.

What is the MPG city average for a 3.8 2009 Dodge caravan?
I bought a used caravan and it is rated at 16 city and 23 MPG highway,but I'm only getting 10 MPG city driving.I didn't take it on a trip to see the highway MPG.

they never get what their rated to get,on average you should be getting about,21-23 on the highway with it and around 14-16 in the city,try using a 89 octane fuel in it and see if it improves,a lot of people say theirs wont run good on lower octane fuel,the 3.0 got better fuel mileage than the 3.8...
