i'd say neither. the Legend has the 5-cylinder engine which was notoriously unreliable and expensive as hell to fix. the RSX sounds like it was wrecked, and it probably needs a lot more than you indicated. find a late 90's Integra, you can get a really good one with decent mileage for...
