I believe on the RL if you open the door with the right key, even if the alarm sounds, putting the key in the ignition will turn off the alarm.

It goes up to 250km/h.(155mph). The car never goes as fast as the speedometer shows. They make the speedometer higher incase you modify your car to go faster.
