However, the refinement, fit, finish, and driving demeanor of the Odyssey make it the choice for enthusiasts. Toyota’s Sienna is the smooth, soft, and luxurious player here, but a fully optioned version retails for even more than a Routan. Significant manufacturer rebates applying to the Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country will probably make these Routan platform-mates a more attractive buy for the budget-minded. But price aside, unless your passengers really need the removable picnic table and more easily reconfigured second-row seats of the uplevel Grand Caravan and Town & Country, we’d call the Routan a better, more stylish bet than their Pentastar siblings.
