Why should I also consider these? X

The Honda Fit feels a class ahead the rest of the vehicles this size, so it's worth checking out when considering the Accent, especially if you're looking at a better-equipped one such as the SE.

The Fit has a more flexible seating arrangement and much perkier, more refined performance, and it's way better for safety.

The Toyota Yaris still reigns as one of the more stylish alternatives, with its upright design and center-mounted instrument cluster.

It also brings Toyota's strong reputation for small-car reliability and longevity.

The Chevrolet Aveo offers two different body styles and a frugal four-cylinder, but it's still not remotely competitive with the class leaders like the Fit or Yaris.

Another alternative is the Kia Rio; it's essentially the same car as the Hyundai Accent, but the Rio is also offered in a Rio5 wagon and feels a slight bit sportier.

It's also more expensive.
