Japanese brand will supply 3s, MX-5s, and RX-8s to schools.
 

Mazda is teaming up with Skip Barber Racing School to get its sportscars in the hands of folks learning to drive like racers.

 

The Japanese automaker has joined with Skip Barber Racing School LLC in a long-term partnership to supply the schools with Mazda3, MX-5, and RX-8 cars for use in the school's locations at Laguna Seca, Sebring, Daytona, and Lime Rock.

 

Mazda will also power the 120 racecars used in the Barber racing school and in the Barber Racing Series. The Racing school is offered at more than 20 tracks nationwide, and claims drivers like Jeff Gordon, Michael and Marco Andretti, and Juan Pablo Montoya as graduates.
