The full-size Armada sport-utility vehicle is a carryover for 2007. Minor changes include E85/flex-fuel capability for its standard 5.6 liter V-8 engine, which also gets a small bump in rated output to 317 from 305 previously. This sturdy full-size SUV is based on the Titan pickup, so it's built on a fully boxed truck frame and, when properly equipped, can tow up to 9,100 lbs. It is offered with rear- or four-wheel drive and can handle up to eight passengers with standard second and third-row bench seats; second-row captain's chairs are also offered. Side-curtain airbags and Vehicle Dynamic Control head a long list of standard features. Options include a DVD entertainment system, Bose audio system, XM or Sirius satellite radio, leather seats, and a navigation system.  Automatic dual-zone air conditioning, a 60/40 split fold-flat third-row seat, and the ability to play MP3-formatted CDs are all standard features. There are also power folding mirrors with heat, power adjust, auto dim, and integrated turn signals on LE versions, the Tow Package becomes standard on the SE Off-Road.

The TCC Rating is a clear numeric rating value based on a 10-point scale that reflects the overall opinion of our automotive experts on any vehicle and rolls up ratings we give each vehicle across sub-categories you care about like performance, safety, styling and more.

Our rating also has simple color-coded “Stop” (red), “Caution” (orange),
or “Go” (green) messages along with the numerical score so you can easily understand where we stand at a glance.

Our automotive experts then also collect and show you what other websites say about these different aspects of any vehicle. We do this leg work for you to simplify your research process.
